I've been working with Miles (that should probably be the other way round) since the beginning of 2023. He is knowledgeable, supportive, patient, quietly authoritative and responsive to my needs and preferences. Top level training! Miles is extremely knowledgable and accommodating to your individual needs and always puts you at ease during training. I went to him with the intention of losing some weight, getting stronger and increasing my cardio and within a matter of weeks there has been massive improvements! Highly recommend him for anyone.
Helped me with recovery from long-term pain after a ligament tear in my ankle as well as helping with recovery from a shoulder injury. In both cases, the experience was personal and professional and helped me quickly and effectively overcome my injury and get back to training. I have also had sports massages which were performed amazingly. I would highly recommend Miles and will be using him again in the future for injury rehab and sports massages.
After having a knee operation last year and wanting to get back to fitness for rugby, after 2.5yrs out I went to Miles for some guidance. His knowledge of rehabilitation is amazing, slowly building up fitness and designing workout plans to aid has been instrumental in getting back to playing. I can now confidently run on my knee without pain which I’d never have done prior to his PT. Very friendly and accommodating, and highly recommend for all PT needs.

I received a highly professional massage from Miles the day i went to the gym and done an intense workout session. The massage was thoroughly needed and reached all of the points in my back and shoulders to reduce the pain in my joints! I felt very relaxed as Miles was reassuring me and letting me know exactly what he was doing. I would definitely recommend and will be scheduling another massage very soon.

I had a professional massage of the shoulder and back from Miles. He told me what he was doing and when. Always checking that I was okay through the session. Has released and reduced my shoulder pain. I will go back for more sessions.
I went to Miles with pain in my lower back and shoulder. After having a massage following a gym session the pain had practically disappeared! the treatment included trigger points being found in the muscle so the pain could be relieved. Having someone who is extremely personable and knowledgeable makes the experience that much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend going for a massage and ill be going back.

I attended a circuit training class with Miles this morning. It was a good and enlightening class to get me back into keeping fit. Miles gave good clear instructions and was on hand to offer support if needed. I will look forward to attending more of Miles classes in future.
